Refreshing improvements

The spirit of God is likened to the rain in scriptures, in different part of the bible you would see verses like: “and the spirit fell on them…”, “he had not fallen…” (Ezekiel 11:5, Acts 8:16) his presence can take a man from a life of draught, waste, unfruitfulness to a level of ‘super-abundant’ productivity.
The bible says in Isaiah 32:15: when the Spirit is poured on us from on high, the wilderness becomes a fruitful field and the fruitful field a forest, and we know that forests vary in sizes, thus even when a man becomes a forest he can yet spread his wings of influence.
If a man is suffering from lack, sickness, failure, indecision he needs God’s word and he also needs the rain of the Spirit- the anointing, to take him from that ‘wilderness state’ to the ‘forest state’.
Also, as a Christian, there are times of refreshing from the Lord as shown in the bible (Acts 3:19), where he rains on you to empower you, to make you stronger, to make you better and in such cases he does it through the holy Ghost.
One way, you can experience a change of level from where you are is by spending time speaking in other tongues, this is God’s gift to us as believers to help us shed off the old and be renewed everyday. As a Christian, you should make it a habit to speak in tongues often and as you continue you are improving the sensitivity of your spirit and your overall effectiveness and productivity.
Learn to pray in the holy Ghost often.

1 Corinthians 14:4
“He who speaks in a [strange] tongue edifies and improves himself…”

  1. Such a tool it is to speak I’m tongues. The New living Translation says from that verse 1corinthians 14.4, that a person who speaks in tongues is strengthened personally, while The Living Bible says a person speaking in tongues helps himself grow spiritually.
It is indeed a tool for improvements and upgrade.
    Thanks for sharing God’s word…
