For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
It’s worth noting that Jesus said whosoever believes in him should not perish, he didn’t say would not perish, meaning that even if God doesn’t want you to perish, he puts some responsibility on you.
For example, concerning finances, the bible says all things are yours, he says Jesus was made poor so that you would be rich, and the word shows us that we are the sons and daughters of a great God; a King! But Jesus said, whosoever believs on him should not suffer lack, not would not suffer lack, because there are Christians all around the world that are poor, but he said ‘should not’, meaning it is inconsistent with their nature if they do.
Concerning health, the Christian should not fall sick, he didn’t say will not, cause many are sickly and even die, but it is not consistent with God’s plan for their lives, it should not be that way, but sad enough, it is.
When you came into Christ, God gave you his word, to guide you on how to live the life of the word. The word of God is called the instruction manual in the life of righteousness, meaning he will teach you how to follow the rules in this life, how to be a champion and master over the devil and the cohorts of hell, how to be a master in your finances, in your family, in your environment and in your body, but if you ignore the word and do things your own way, you would suffer harm and loss.
Get to God’s word constantly, remember if you are suffering in one way or the other, you ought not to and the solution out of such a problem is in the word, start your journey today, charting your course with your mouth!
