If you found a child amongst bullies in school, you would most likely immediately reach out and deliver him from the hands of those bullies. If you found out that your younger nephew was entering a business that you knew his associates were fraudsters and their intentions were to cheat him off his money, you would immediately reach out and deliver him. If you found a twelve years old girl trapped in a room with no food for two days, you would immediately reach out and deliver her.
In this world you have many vices, diseases, economic instabilities, immoralities etc. There are enough problems in the world, to give a man good reasons to commit suicide. But hallelujah, the bible says Jesus has delivered us from this present evil world, he didn’t say he will deliver us from this present evil world or he has delivered us from the evil world to come, but he used the past tense, we have been delivered from this present evil world. Meaning he has delivered us from the sickness, frustration, economic instabilities of this world. We have been delivered already, this is one reason why as a child of God, you must learn to refuse sickness in your body, you must learn to refuse failure in your life.
If a man had been set free from jail and declared not guilty, he should refuse anybody who wants to drag him back there because he doesn’t belong there. You don’t belong in this world anymore, you have been called out of this world, out of its pain that’s why you can be sent to minister to the world, because you are no longer suffering with them and thus you can show them that it is possible to live a life above pains, sicknesses, sin etc. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20
Refuse failure. Refuse poverty. Refuse sickness. Stand out. Square your shoulders. Live life like the king that you are. You are victorious already!
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, (he already gave himself, thus we are delivered already!) according to the will of God and our Father:
